Sancho — Recife, Brazil

In Sancho, Recife, a once-beloved court had become a place of fear after years of neglect and violence took the life of Ibi, a young community member. With support from UEFA and local partner Cores do Amanhã, love.fútbol brought residents together to reclaim and transform it. Today, the colorful court is alive again: a safe gathering place where children play and the community creates new memories.

Santa Ana — Basi, Argentina

In Santa Ana, Boulogne, love.fútbol joined Club BASI, San Isidro and Shopping Soleil to renew a neighborhood football court. The new 24-by-45-meter space gives 135 girls and boys a safer place to train, compete and grow. Home to baby football and women’s teams, the club can now expand activities for local residents—strengthening a gathering place rooted in the community’s history.

Córrego da Fortuna — Recife, Brazil

In Córrego da Fortuna, Recife, a teacher rallied residents around a shared dream: transforming their dirt football field. With love.fútbol and the UEFA Foundation for Children, more than 100 volunteers turned it into a modern artificial-turf arena. “From the color of dirt to the green of grass,” the project created a lasting place where young people can play, connect and imagine new futures.

7th & Penn — Chester, Philadelphia, USA

At 7th & Penn Streets in Chester, Pennsylvania, love.fútbol and the Philadelphia Union Foundation transformed the site into safe, accessible courts and fields for soccer, basketball and community activities. Designed with residents, it also features “Exit 6,” a mural shaped by local youth and artist Ran Freeman that celebrates Chester’s identity and resilience—a place to play, connect and belong.

Parque Ex-Factoría — Veracruz, Mexico

Conwell — Philadelphia, USA

At Conwell Middle Magnet School in Kensington, Philadelphia, an asphalt yard became a turf field for soccer, flag football, gymnastics and reflection. More than 130 volunteers—including students, families, teachers, elders and local groups—helped build it. The first project in love.fútbol’s citywide Corridor of Play, it brings safety, play and hope to a neighborhood facing deep challenges.

Cruzeiro Velho — Brasília, Brazil

In Cruzeiro Velho, Brasília, love.fútbol and Amazon joined local partner ADEF to transform a deteriorated court into an inclusive home for blind football, women’s futsal and children from nearby communities. Athletes helped paint the space themselves, now featuring accessible pathways, Braille signs and a restored locker room—a vibrant court shaped with, and for, everyone who uses it.
