The Starting Squad is a team of visionary supporters, changemakers, and champions for youth who share a bold ambition: a world where every child, everywhere, has access to a safe space to play.

Through their leadership and long-term commitment, Starting Squad members invest in the future of love.fútbol, providing the flexibility and resources to think bigger, strengthen our organization, drive innovation, and build the systems and partnerships needed to pursue our global vision.

More than supporters, they are partners in a shared mission. Their belief in what we can achieve together helps lay the foundation for a future where community-led sports spaces are accessible to children everywhere.

To every member of our Starting Squad: thank you. Your trust, generosity, and commitment to our vision give us the confidence and capacity to pursue ambitious goals and build a lasting legacy through sport.
